The Pisces stellium reaches its zenith. This is your weekly horoscope for the week of April 7, 2025: We continue to try and reconcile abundant fire and water energy this week - no easy task! Currently, we have Venus, Mercury, Saturn and the North Node all squished together between 25-26° of Pisces. Do you have anything on or near that degree? Opposing, trining or squaring it? If so, you are FEELING this. Remember that Venus and Mercury have been dragging us back to the way we feel about something (or someone), with the goal of helping us to release anything that no longer serves. When they get back into Aries this time, it will be off to the races with a much lighter load! And their respective treks towards Aries start this week, with Mercury turning direct on Monday and Venus following suit on Saturday. Progress… FINALLY. The Moon is still waxing towards full. She kicks her week off in Leo before gliding into Virgo on Tuesday morning. By Thursday night she’s tipping the scales of Libra, where she culminates Saturday evening. She spends most of Sunday swimming in the depths of Scorpio.

Monday, April 7, 2025 - Venus Rx conjunct Saturn (25° Pisces); Mercury turns direct (26° Pisces, 7:08 a.m.)
Venus Rx starts to ping the separating Saturn/Uranus sextile, meeting up with the Lord of Karma in Pisces today (and sextiling Uranus overnight… more on that tomorrow); and Mercury turns direct a mere seven minutes later. What a way to wake up on a Monday morning! Let’s chat about this Pisces stellium, shall we? Because this all feels like a bit of a climax moment, and it might come across as a little harsh or jarring. For the better part of the last week, Mercury Rx, Venus Rx, Saturn and the North Node have all been closing in on each other between 25-26° of Pisces. Mercury is effectively on top of the North Node all week. Although that aspect never technically perfects down to the minute, they are tightly conjunct when he spins direct today. Venus Rx has also slowed down right on top of Saturn, and she will spin direct within spitting distance of him later this week. So that’s two retrograding, personal planets shifting directions while being charged up by karmic guard dogs. Have you ever seen a “dead man walking” tornado? It’s when you have two distinct vortices circling around each other as the main funnel touches down. They’re rare, and tend to indicate that catastrophic destruction is coming. We may feel the energetic equivalent of that today. Time to batten down the hatches.
Tuesday, April 8, 2025 - Venus Rx sextile Uranus (25° Pisces to Taurus)
For her last trick before turning direct this weekend, Venus Rx forms a sextile to Uranus today. This is fun and flirty energy that sees you wanting to get out and have a good time. You are attracted to big, shiny things now, and could even experience a financial windfall. Those in more creative fields should experience some breakthrough ideas; don’t shy away from something if it feels too far out there - that’s exactly the type of idea that will bring success and attention under this aspect! Lack of inhibition can present itself now, so if you struggle with impulsivity you should definitely try to moderate. This aspect is also notorious for bringing love at first sight into your life. A word of caution, though: while Venus/Uranus is electric, sexy and extremely stimulating, it rarely lasts. Meaning that relationships begun under this sextile will start out hot, but will almost certainly fizzle without something sturdier to hold them together. Still, the overall entertainment factor of this energy can’t be overstated. Let your freak flag fly!
Saturday, April 12, 2025 - Full Moon in Libra (23° at 8:22 p.m.); Venus turns direct (24° Pisces, 9:02 p.m.)
Today could sting a little. We have a full moon in Libra tonight, which is benign enough if we consider it in a vacuum. But it isn’t in a vacuum. It’s directly opposing Chiron. Making matters even more complex, Venus turns direct tonight. Again, on its own, a wonderful thing. But she’s the ruler of the Libra Full Moon, and Saturn has her on an extremely tight leash right now. Ouch, ouch and more ouch. Whatever your wounds are, expect them to be put on blast today. And this is more than likely to happen in the context of a love relationship or other important partnership, given that the Moon is in Libra and Venus is fully implicated. If this one hits you, it’s going to feel really uncomfortable. Your visceral reaction will most likely be to avoid, deny or repress. To play the victim, even. But that would be a mistake, as well as a complete waste of a healing opportunity. Stand and face whatever surfaces for you today. It doesn’t make you “less than” anyone else to have trauma - spoiler alert: EVERYONE is wounded, somehow. There’s tremendous power in recognizing your shortcomings and radically embracing them.
